Music Reflection #18

Assessment Day!
I'm not that excited actually. Singing Gundul-Gundul Pacul. I went first, with guess who as my partner? Andrew I-ask-stupid-questions Sutandar. Well, I don't really mind, as long as I did good for my part. However, Mr Herry said that if we 'dance' we can get extra marks. There's no way I'm gonna dance in front of the class. So, I ignored the 'extra marks' thing. And this remark also got me sceptical, is this supposed to be a singing assessment or a dancing assessment?

My strength today is I was actually brave enough to go first. Well, I didn't really have much choice, having a first name that starts with an A. And my weakness was I didn't have the courage to 'dance' while singing the song. Next time, maybe.

Next class, I will give more respect to my fellow classmates doing their singing assessment and actually listen while they sing, not pretending to listen while my mind was elsewhere. :D
